Request Pro Bono Legal Services

Baltimore Action Legal Team (BALT) has provided expungement and warrant recall services free of charge in Maryland since February 2022. If you (or someone you know) need legal support, you can request assistance here. Please note that requesting legal services does not guarantee BALT will take you on as a client.

For criminal records expungement, please submit a request in the form below. BALT will respond to your request within 7-10 business days from the date of submission. For warrant recalls, please attend one of our regular legal clinics (see our monthly clinic schedule here). (If you’re unable to attend an in-person clinic for accessibility reasons, contact our Community Lawyer at intake@baltimoreactionlegal.org.)
