Immigration Bond Fund Request

BALT established our immigration bond fund in June 2026 in response to the massive increase in immigration detention and deportation. This fund is a resource for community members in Maryland to secure the release of their loved ones from ICE detention, and a contribution to the larger effort to defend immigrants, their loved ones, and our communities as a whole.

To request bond payment from BALT’s immigration bond fund, please complete the below form. The information is only used to determine if BALT can pay someone’s immigration bond, how we will coordinate bond payment, and if possible, how we can arrange transportation back home for released individuals.
